NIACL Assistant Selection Process 2024

Candidates are chosen for assistant positions depending on how well they did on the preliminary and main tests. The preliminary exam serves as a qualifying test, and the final merit list of applicants will be determined by adding up all of the candidates’ scores from the main exam. Prior to the final selection, candidates who pass the Main Exam will be shortlisted for the qualifying Regional Language Test.
